Coming Together for Diversity

CareStar employees celebrated the company’s first annual “Diversity Day” on Friday October 7, 2011 at each regional office across the state of Ohio, as CareStar regional offices opened their meeting rooms to interesting dishes and cultural cuisines from across the globe. The theme of the state wide initiative was "Coming Together for Diversity" and CareStar employees did just that...
From Moroccan vegetable stew and German potato salad to Southern Italian sausage and Bavarian Chocolate Cream, CareStar employees gathered to express their heritage and share the story behind their culture. “It was a lot of fun and very tasty. Next year promises to be even better!” said CareStar President, Tom Gruber. As CareStar continues to grow it is important that its employee's diversity is not only acknowledged, but also celebrated.

I can’t tell you in words my wonderful experiences I’ve had with my case manager. I was a manager at one time, I know how hard it is to find this kind of employee. She’s outstanding I could have not made it with out her helpfulness.
