On Monday, August 18, we will begin moving some information and links off the public site (www.ohiohcp.org) and onto www.myohiohcp.org (list on right). This will only affect active Consumers and Providers in the Ohio Home Care Program. Individuals who are not active will still be able to review program information and access enrollment forms and application information on the public site.
