CareStar Fall Prevention Protocol
CareStar will begin to utilize a special fall prevention protocol for consumers who have had repeat falls. The protocol may also be used for consumers who have not fallen yet but are at high risk of falling. The protocol calls for consumers, caregivers and providers to take active roles in trying to prevent falls. For more information, contact your CareStar case manager.
