Title VII, Chapter 2, also known as the Older Blind Act. This pro’

vision.
The Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission awarded a grant to the
Southeast Ohio Sight Center in Lancaster to provide services to individuals
age 55 and older who are Jegally blind or have a progressive eye disorder
leading to le2al blindness. Services are provided free of charge.
