Quality Review Services, or QRS., Inc., is a 501
(c)3 organization composed of mental health consumers, family
members of mental health consumers, and mental health professionals.
QRS, Inc., began as a project to evaluate the public mental health
system in Ohio from a consumer perspective. QRS, Inc., has evolved
into a consumer research agency, looking at many sides of mental
health. We design surveys to meet specific needs...consumer satisfaction,
quality reviews, and preference surveys, to mention a few. We collaborate
with University of Cincinnati neuropsychiatry researchers for accurate
interpretation of data collected. Our state-of-the-art real-time
database has been highlighted nationally. We offer customized training,
focus group leadership, mediation (through our Mediate Solutions
subsidiary), technical assistance, program design, and consultation.
Our focus is on mental health, inside and outside the mental health
system. |

Behavioral Health Generations
(BHG) is an alliance of Ohio Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Service
(ADAMHS) Boards formed in 1995 as a Council of Governments (COG)
pursuant to Chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Purpose
The purpose of the organization is to help our members and their
provider agencies reduce cost, improve productivity and enhance
the quality of their services through sharing resources and information.
BHG provides opportunities for its members to:
- Achieve administrative efficiencies and cost savings through
outsourcing non-mission critical administrative functions
- Participate in a forum of Board and provider collaboration
- Promote synergy and a collective voice in activities to establish
standards and to meet increasing quality of care requirements.
BHG Vision
The members of BHG shall collectively acquire experience, conduct
research, and develop skills in the delivery of healthcare services
to both the Medicaid eligible and non-Medicaid eligible population.
Members will jointly plan, fund, operate and manage a system of
behavioral healthcare that provides access to the most appropriate
quality services in the least restrictive environment.
The system will satisfy
customers, yield positive customer outcomes and embrace state-of-the-art
technologies. The system will be established consistent with applicable
state healthcare reforms, administrative rules and statutes. Such
systems of care shall include behavioral healthcare services paid
in full or part by public funds provided to enrolled individuals
residing in the counties that the members represent.
Services Offered by
BHG
BHG provides a full spectrum of administrative services to our
member boards to assist them in fulfilling their statutory requirements
under the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code as well
as the guidelines set forth by the Ohio Department of Mental Health
and Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services.
By out-sourcing these activities
to an Administrative Services Organization (ASO), our members
can reduce their operating costs by sharing the burden of providing
these services thus achieving an economy of scale unavailable
to them individually. Additionally, BHG provides a forum for the
exchange of ideas and the development of best practices to facilitate
a continuous quality improvement process.

Education & Healthcare information that will
make a difference in the lives of parents & children.
Our Vision
Welcome to KidSource OnLine!
We are a group of parents who want to make a positive and lasting
difference in the lives of parents and children. We've created
an online community that shares our values and goals in raising,
educating and providing for our children. We believe that parents
and caregivers want to take greater responsibility for their children's
health and education, but don't always have the right information,
resources or advice to do so. Our goal is to provide that knowledge
and advice to help you better raise and educate your children.
