Salary - Competitive Compensation

Health and Well-Being

Medical
CareStar offers an insured medical plan for CareStar employees and their families. Employees may also choose between two supplemental employer-sponsored reimbursement options; either a Health Reimbursement Account or a Health Savings Account.

Dental
CareStar offers employees an excellent dental program covering a wide range of services.

Flexible Spending Accounts
CareStar’s Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA's) provide a tax-effective way to cover expenses for dependent care as well as for medical expenses not covered under healthcare or dental programs.
