Provider Monitoring Supervisor- Region 1 Region 1 (Dayton/Cincinnati area)- Home Based - OH
Status: Full-time
Description: The Provider Monitoring Supervisor has supervisory responsibility for the functions related to the monitoring of OHC Waiver providers. Must assure that providers receive a structural review and continuous monitoring of their compliance and performance.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities: â¢Current, active license as a Licensed Social Worker, License Independent Social Worker or Registered Nurse. â¢24 Months experience in Home and Community Based Services Environment. â¢12 months experience performing as a manager in a health care or social service setting. â¢Effective oral and written communication skills with attention to detail in assessment and in documentation. â¢Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, home health care and community resources desirable â¢24 Months experience with Quality Improvement Systems and 12 Months experience with Consumer Incident Reporting Systems highly desirable. â¢Reliable transportation and ability to travel. Valid driverâs license and car insurance as required by state law.
Responsibilities: The Provider Monitoring Supervisor will: â¢Directly supervise Provider Monitor(s) â¢Supervise the completion of Sturctural Reviews of all specified providers â¢Oversee the referral submission process to ensure a global approach has been incorporated and all aspects of a providerâs performance have been considered for inclusion in the referral report. â¢Provide technical assistance to providers as necessary and requested â¢Monitor provider outcomes for patterns and trends â¢Participate in the development, updating and enhancing of Policies and Procedures as delegated by supervisor â¢Participate in Quality Improvement activities as deemed necessary by Supervisor
