Ohio Home Care Program
The Ohio Home Care Program's Provider Management Services is uniquely designed to assure consumer safety, efficiency or resources, cost management, fraud control and quality of care. These objectives are achieved through:
Provider Monitoring
Meet with the providers at least annually to review education requirements, compliance, documentation, and assure that services are being provided as authorized.
IMIRS (Incident Management, Investigation, & Response System)
The purpose of the IMIRS Department is to ensure the health and safety of the consumer. The process is generally in the form of an investigation. The department's objective is to improve treatment and services as well as to remedy deficiencies in operating practices. The intent of the program is to foster educational processes rather than punitive ones.
