She has been a blessing to me in many ways. She has gotten me the help I desperately need, the handicap stair lift and walk-in shower, she listens to me with concern and has great feedback. Offers hands on advice and she makes me feel so special – I love her visits. She’s the best case manager I’ve had. She doesn’t come in with the fast pace in and out like the former company I had. She takes time to listen, never makes me feel like “I want to get this done in five minutes” attitude. I can’t tell you in words my wonderful experiences I’ve had with her. I was a manager at one time, I know how hard it is to find this kind of employee. She’s outstanding I could have not made it with out her helpfulness.
